If you’re a SciFi or Fantasy author, or have a story you think would fit in with the Supernatural or Speculative stories already on the site, then I’d love to hear from you!

I’ve always loved short stories and there seems to be a ravenous audience for them out there, but they don’t sit particularly well in the current ebook marketplaces, so this site exists to bring them to more people.

To keep things easy for me to maintain these are the criteria I’m looking for:

• Must be free to read, but can lead into a series.
  
• Short stories – anything from flash fiction up to around 10k words.
  
• Must, of course, be something you wrote and have rights to still.
  
• Must be SciFi, Fantasy, Supernatural (within certain bounds), or Speculative.
  
• Must be hosted by you – ideally a readable version on a website and ebook version via bookfunnel or similar. The featured page /newsletter will link through to your hosted version.
  
• Should be kept available for six months from the feature start. Ideally please let me know if you take it down after that so I can clean things up.
  
• Please promote the story on the SciFi shorts site to your own lists, socials, etc to help grow the site.
  
• For clarity – there will be no payment for featuring your story. This is a chance to get your work in front of more readers.
