Problems Getting the eReader Version?

Having problems getting the eReader version of a story (for your phone, tablet or eReader)? The folks at BookFunnel who deliver the files have amazing customer service.

On the first page you get to after clicking the link there’s a big “Need Help?” link in the top right corner. Click on that and they’ll leap into action to help you (well, possibly step up smartly to help. Health & Safety take a dim view of leaping these days!)
